IDF Procurement Services can provide either full teams, or individual experts to complement lender teams, under the overall supervision of qualified senior procurement professionals or Procurement Accredited Staff (PAS), as is required by the World Bank, to:

• Undertake assessments of the capacity of individual agencies or project units to satisfy the procurement requirements of a project.
  
  
• Assist on procurement matters at any stage of the project cycle, from identification to preparation, pre-appraisal, appraisal and/or negotiation or implementation.
  
  
• Provide training, to build up a borrower's procurement capacity to assist with the project implementation stage.
